During this class we introduce you to the CrossFit method as well as take you through your very first CrossFit Class! Once you have completed the Intro Class the next step would be to sign up for our Group Foundations Course

Group Foundations

To succeed in CrossFit you need to make sure you have a solid foundation on the basics. Our Group Foundations course will ensure this. Throughout a 4 week course you will be taught the 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit. You will also learn our scaling system and how to modify movements. The class are held on MON/TUES/THURS.and the start dates and times are below.

Meet on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday at 6:15 PM.

Upon completion of at least 9 of the 12 Foundations Class you can join in with our CrossFit Group Class.
